Corporate Financial Wellness Programming

Employee Benefit

Our company partners with Employers to facilitate financial wellness programming as an employee benefit.

Worksite financial wellness is here to stay and unfortunately most corporate financial wellness is future focused (i.e. retirement and insurance). Most employers offer support for retirement planning and even resources to support employee insurance needs but very few offer support for employees to make impactful change to their day-to-day financial circumstances today.

  • 166 million Americans are living paycheck to paycheck on a razor thin budget (64%) - per Lending Club survey Jan 2023

  • 73% of Americans rank finances as the number 1 stress in their life, 80%+ of Gen Z’ers & Millennials - per Credit Wise survey Dec 2022

  • 60% of respondents to the 2018 National Financial Capability Study indicated feeling anxiety from personal finances before the pandemic

Major factors contributing to high levels of financial anxiety and stress include:

  • Lack of assets and insufficient income

  • High levels of consumer and student loan debt

  • Money Management challenges and

  • Low financial literacy

Some of your employees are in these numbers and they are likely suffering in silence.

Financial wellness and mental health are closely related, when a person feels out of control financially, adverse behavior may begin to impact other areas of their lives, including their work life. Financial wellbeing is achieved when people are in control of their money and their lives. Our financial wellness programming provides support that helps your employees create a greater sense of financial wellbeing. We help companies foster a culture of financial wellness and the support to help their workforce better manage their money during critical economic times.

Here’s the good news. Financial wellness solutions can be implemented as simple as bringing a finance professional into your workplace (or virtually) to speak with your employees about budgeting and saving for a one time speaking engagement; hosting employee engagement activities during Financial Literacy Month (April) or Financial Wellness Month (January) could be an example of this.

More elaborate financial wellness solutions could include offering recurring monthly or quarterly workshops and/or one on one on site financial coaching sessions to help individuals cope with anxiety and stress stemming from their financial situation. In addition, establishing a Financial Wellness Center as a go to reservoir of financial literacy resources could also be a way to implement a financial wellness solution in your workplace. Regardless, how you choose to implement financial wellness solutions, your work force will benefit in a way that:

  • Increases employee engagement and morale

  • Enhances company culture because it let’s employees know you care about their wellbeing

  • Improves their experience as an employee at your company

  • Increases productivity as well as decreased absenteeism and turnover

Both employers and employees win, when financial wellness solutions are implemented in the workplace. Our company can tailor solutions to your exact needs and budget.

Our signature Corporate Financial Wellness Program, Expand Your Paycheck Possibilities, is a 5 session workshop series designed to awaken employees to additional possibilities of their paycheck when they build more financial confidence and gain control of their monthly cashflow.

Below are a few additional ways we can partner together to implement financial wellness solutions for your company.
